this is the worst saddest day in my life . the two person that i know and i love so much have gone . ;((

it makes me really shocked .
I don't think at the same time I lost 2 people that I know and love .
and now I realize that no matter how old or young we are going to meet HIM at the end of our lives.

Saturday , 23 April 2011 , saya telah menjalani peperiksaan akhir semester untuk subjek Garde Manger Artistry . Eceehh . Ayat full . Hahaha . Sambung balik . I will start my story with briefing from Abang Din ( our kitchen staff ) . Abang Din bagi briefing pada pukul 8.30 . Kelam kabut sume msok dalam sbb nak dengar briefing . Sebelum briefing tu most of my friends are eating at Atiqah Cafe . So , memang kelam kabut coz tgh makan kan . Hehehe . Sambung balik kepada briefing . Abang Din nasihatkan kiteorang supaya jangan ambil raw material and item yang nak digunakan lebih lebih sbb ramai orang nk gune . So , we have to share it . Sharing is caring . Hehehe . And then after that Abang Din cakap after habis kelas we have to clean our station and kitchen sbb cleaner 2 orang je . Kiteorang la smpai nk dekat 50 org 1 kitchen mse tu . Memang crowded sangat sangat sangat la cite nye . Hehehe . And then after briefing kiteorang dengar briefing from Chef Shahril lak . He say same thing like Abang Din . And after that our chef give time to us untuk ambil raw material and item untuk kegunaan kiteorang . Memang serabut la kitchen macam kat Pasar Borong Selayang . (Nanti tengok kt gambar ye ) . Ingatkan dekat pasar borong tadi but rupanya kat dalam kitchen . Hehehe . Kidding . And then after dah dapat item yang kiteorang nak pakai kiteorang start la Mise-En-Place . Kiteorang sume dalam keadaan OK time tu . ( Saya skip banyak sebab tak larat nak taip . Mata dah rabak sangat nie . Hahaha . ) And then after pukul 2 je banyak dah nak K.O . Hehehe . Semua dalam keadaan kelam kabut sebab habis exam pukul 2.30 . But chef kami extend ke pukul 3 lebih kalau x silap saya . Lepas pukul 2.30 , saya , Adam , Adee and Isndar pergi ke cafe untuk table settings for our buffet presentation . Agak kelam kabut sikit sebab table kiteorang kebanyakan nye kosong sebab takde garnish , fruit carving pun ada 1 . Salah buat product . Patutnye kiteorang kene buat 2 types of Tapas , 1 serve hot and the other 1 serve cold . Tapi group saya salah buat pulak . Kiteorang buat 2 2 hot . Memang kene tolak markah la citenye . Dot Z dot Z . Hadoi . Canapes group saya pon agak kelam kabut sebab saya terlepas pandang 1 resepi . Ada 1 resepi tu pakai pastry dough . Masa lak tinggal 15 to 20 min . Memang x sempat la cite nye . So , Saya terpaksa buat bende lain . Saya just campur je bahan seperti tuna , mustard , mayonaise , and ada la bende pelik pelik skit saya bubuh untuk buat fillings . Yang tu saya taknak bagitau . Hehehe . And I spread it on cracker cheese . Sodap woih ! Tak tipu . Hehehe . And then after that saya pergi ' cap kok lu ' iaitu ' Hisap Rokok Dulu ' . Rumit rumit . Hehehe . And after that it's time for our chef to make evaluation . Jeng ! Jeng ! Jeng ! . Saya taknak bagitau apa komen chef dekat saya nye group because biarlah sebagai rahsia group kami . Hehehe . And then after habis sesi evaluation its time for MAKAN ! Makan sampai pecah perut . Eh lupa . Lepas sesi evaluation kiteorang ambil gambar kelas ikut section masing masing . Hehehe. Lepas makan lak apa ? CUCI la pulak . Hehehe . So , kiteorang pun cuci la barang baraang yang kiteorang dah pakai and kitchen yang kiteorang dah guna sampai tunggang langgang kaw kaw punye ! Hehehe . And then after that BALIK ! Saat yang dinanti nanti kan . Hehehe . Dah la tu . Dah penat saya nak dok menaip nie . Nanti ada masa saya edit balik kasi full punye story okay . Sekarang nie nak tunjuk gambar lak . Meh tengok sikit .

Ice Carving Class

Hari sabtu minggu lepas , 17 April 2011 , saya memang excited gile lah nak pegi kelas ICE CARVING . Memang gile excited . sampai tido pon pkol 5 pagi . hahaha . tapi xpe sbb class nye ptg . sy dah siap assignment dan tunggu utk di'print' , binding and submit je . Print sy mintak tolong adee coz kiteorang kongsi duit utk beli dakwat printer . Mula mula adee text ckp print color x bole pakai . Only word that came out from my mouth is 'DAM... !' hahahaha . sy pon dah start gelabah time tu . so, sy bangun pkol 11 and then siap siap pastu trus pegi kedai utk print assignment . report sy x print . just assignment . and then berharap sangat adee dh print report . and then luckily adee print gak . dia cuci catridge tu blk bru elok . Thank GOD . and then sy terus pegi kelas . Kelas hari tu di handle oleh Chef Zarina . 10 or 20 years dalam bidang Garde Manger . 5 tahun dalam bidang ice carving . Memang hebat dia ukir . Syok je tengok . Hari tu berjalan dengan lancar . But apparently Chef Zarina x boleh lama sbb dia nak pegi medical check up . So , x lama la dia mengajar kiteorang . Just sampai pkol 2 je . But still ok . We got lot of knowledge from her . Thanks Chef ! Tuje nak cite . X boleh nk cite banyak banyak lagi sbb busy nk final ok . Bersama-sama ini sy sertakan gambar utk hari itu . Semalam , hari Selasa , 13 April 2011 , saya dan bersama 6 orang rakan perempuan saya . Eceehh . Skema je ayat . Hahaha . Kiteorang pegi IKEA untuk cari barang barang untuk Final Garde Manger nanti . I only window shopping coz xde duit . Hahaha . Nak beli pisau pun dok pikiq bnyk kali . Hehehe . Periuk Terbang group la yang rajin beli barang barang . Hahaha . Yang penting Nina lak datang IKEA beli pokok . Hahaha . Btw , saya p makan meatball hari tu . Makin lama mkin keciq . Awat ea ? Pelik beno . Last year masa bukak pose dulu saya p xda la kecik . Siap nak makan dlu nk kena belah 2 sebab besaq sangat . Sekarang lak telan sebiji pon xde hal . Hadoi . Polek bebeno . Huduh nya bahasa . Hahaha . Garde Manger Artistry Last Class

Today is our last class for Garde Manger Artistry . Sangat sedih . Kelas tu dah la best . Cuma penat sikit . But tired is not a problem . The problem is i will miss my classmates and my chef because it is last cooking class for my course . Erm . But its okay . Lot of experience i have since 1st semester until now . Okay . Skip to what are we doing today . I will write in Malay language and mix it with English ok . Hari nie kiteorang buat Fruit Carving and Vegetables Carving . Sangat sangat best lah . Hahaha. Walaupun tangan nie x berapa nak seni sangat dalam fruit carving nie tapi i will try to do my best . Insyaallah . Amin . Hari nie Chef Shahril mengajar cara cara untuk mengukir buah . And I got new Fruit Carving Knife ! Best sampai luka tangan mengukir buah tadi . Hahaha . Tajam gila la pisau tu . Tapi x kesah la semua tu . Yang penting Experience and i know how to do that . Btw , sambung topik tadi . Macam macam jenis buah yang kiteorang ukir seperti yang selalu kite tengok and common is Watermalon , Papaya and Honey Dew . Chef Shahril ukir buah tu sampai jadi lawa gila ! Seronok tengok . Hehehe . Ukiran di buah betik ialah Sunflower . Ukiran Daun dari kulit tembikai . Ukiran di tembikai tadi aku lupa sebab sibuk sangat amek gambaq tadi smpai lupa nama bunga yang di ukir kat tembikai oleh Chef Shahril . Sorry Chef because not giving intention tadi . Hehehehe . Dan Vegetables pulak bunga ros dari tomato . Memang cute gile + lawa sangat sangat . Hehehe. And then susunan buah . Sangat sangat lawa + mantop gitu . Hehehe . Food Innovation and Design (FID) Last Class Product Making

On 7th April 2011 , me and my classmate were making our product for the last class that were create by ourself with some information and discussion between our group . And my group that we name FID NO PROBLEM ! we choose ' Stuffed Squid with Sambal Tumis Belacan and Prawn ' . It was a long discussion because we were lack of ideas . And after a long period of discussion , my teammate Iskandar better known as ISNDAR . Good name IS ! hahaha . sorry . okay . we continue with our topic . He asked his mom for information and idea and his mom gave some idea . That ' Sambal Tumis Belacan and Prawn ' were the idea that his mom gave us . Thanks A Lot Isndar mom . Hahaha . So , we came up with that idea and we finally finished it with EXCELLENT ! The sambal were SUPERBLY MARVELOUS ! Bak kata Melayu SANGAT SANGAT SEDAP ! Hahahaha . Perasan je lebih . Ok la . Cek dah lotih nak cakap English walaupun cek tau English Education tu penting (petikan dari kata-kata Usop Kak Limah) . Hehehehe. Sambung balik . Time last class tu kiteorang dikehendaki buat produk kiteorang and kiteorang kene bagi orang merasa . Tu yang agak pedih tu . Cek masak dah la x sodap . Tapi apakan daya kena gak bagi orang rasa untuk report kiteorang nanti . We started cook at 9 a.m until 11 a.m . It were short period time ! Dan kiteorang kene buat sample sebanyak yang mungkin untuk 50 persons ! And that 50 persons yang rasa produk kiteorang kena buat evaluation and comment . Macam macam comment ada . Nie sambung jap lagi . Nak cerita pasal produk kiteorang dulu . Nak bagi 50 orang rasa tu ! Banyak tu BEB ! Bukan sikit . Lotih lotih . Setting table lagi untuk markah kiteorang . Selamat la bawak tablecloth . Kalau x hilang markah . Naseb naseb . Group kiteorang group paling lambat siap sume skali termasuk kemas mengemas sebab kiteorang punye group paling banyak kerja nak kene buat . Nak kene tumis sambal lagi . Pastu nak kene sumbat dalam sotong lagi . Pastu nak goreng lagi . Tu yang leceh . Hehehe. Tapi product kiteorang berhasil dengan jaya nye dan kebanyakan comment sume comment yang membangun . ( Nie sambung part tadi ) Ada gak la comment yang agak pedas gak . Tapi kteorang anggap sume tu sebagai pemberi semangat kepada kiteorang untuk buat produk kiteorang lebih baik di masa depan . Eceeeh . Hahahaha . Tapi yang penting produk kiteorang memang licin gila hari tu . Settle sume . Ada lebih pon kiteorang dah sebat dulu sebab permintaan produk kiteorang memang tinggi hari tu . Hahaha . Nampak sangat kan sedap produk kiteorang sampai habis sume skali . Licin beb ! Tapi ada sakit nye gak . NAK KEMAS KITCHEN YANG KITEORANG PAKAI AND BARANG - BARANG YANG DIGUNAKAN . Tu yang sakitnye . So , me and Hadi ( my teammates partner ) yang bersihkan kitchen and barang - barang . Kau de'BEST la HADI . Seronok aku dapat kawan macam kau . Hahaha . Nganjing kuat kan ? LOLs ! And my others teammates ISNDAR and JOE were representative for our product . And JOE were the Chef Of The Day ! Hebat kan ? Korang ada ? Xde kan ? Hahaha. But your the best JOE ! The Sambal were GREAT , AWESOME , not just awesome . But SUPERBLY AWESOME ! Thanks JOE for everything you did ! And lastly ( skip to the end sebab dah lotih cito banyak banyak ) we took lot of pictures for our report and for memory for our last kitchen in our subject . Sangat sedih :( And I'm photographer for my group and for my class . So , my pictures were not much and x menang tangan hari tu . Sedih kali kedua . Tapi xpe ok . Dah biase . Hehehe . So , last sekali i wanna say that i apologize to all my classmate and to my chef , Chef Zaid yang banyak menolong dan mengajar saya banyak bende yang saya x tau . Terima kasih ye chef .
